Part of Southwark's Silver festival for older people
Meet in the cathedral's Millennium Courtyard on the north riverside of the cathedral adjacent to the refectory. Originally a Priory, it later became the Actors' Church, and then the Cathedral for the Diocese of Southwark in 1905. Visit the memorial to William Shakespeare and the tomb of the Bishop of Winchester who assisted in the translation of the King James version of the Bible.
