The event is free to all and will include the internationally renowned Footsbarn Theatre Company performing in the Globe Exhibition.
Footsbarn will be giving the public a taster of their anarchic new show A Shakespeare Party which will be specifically devised for the Globe Theatre between 23 and 25 May.
Other activities in the exhibition include a chance to watch a screening of the Globe's 2007 production of Othello, take part in costume dressings, and listen to Globe musicians.
Workshops will be available from Globe practitioners including a playwriting master-class by Che Walker, whose play The Frontline will be premiering at the Globe this summer and an interactive cake decorating workshop for children.
The Globe is giving participants the opportunity to tread the boards in the theatre and say a few lines from the bard onstage, as well as take part in a giant game of pass the parcel.
