The photographs on display in this exhibition show Afghans in their normal lives, working, struggling, playing and relaxing in their vast and varied beautiful country.
Pictures are taken in Kabul, on route to Mazar e Sharief, in a Balkh village and at a girl's school where a group of students helped to build a new library.
The photographs are taken by Afghan Youth Fund volunteers as they went through Afghanistan working on education projects.
The Afghan Youth Fund believes that Afghan people are fully capable of changing their own lives, and that the international community must see them as active partners in the rebuilding of Afghanistan.
