How has a listings magazine managed to influence and stimulate the development of London's design scene over the past 40 years?

This lively debate will be discussing the changes and similarities between generations of designers working in the city spanning the last 40 years and how a greater accessibility to cultural activity created by publications such as Time Out has influenced these developments.
