Zoe Hutchison

A 2005 graduate from Central Saint Martins, Hutchison's primary focus is illustrative work that utilizes strong clean lines to create simple, aesthetic images. This exhibition, a study of the power of female sexuality and beauty, stems from a childhood 'ugly duckling hang-up' that never fully left the artist. In response, the artist resorts to creating images that illustrate her interpretation of real beauty and a futile pursuit of its perfection.
