Promising actors of the future take part in the fourth annual Sam Wanamaker Festival.
The Festival is an opportunity for artistic directors, casting agents to watch 44 students from the UK's leading drama schools present 22 scenes by Shakespeare and his contemporaries.
The afternoon provides a mix of comic, tragic, historical and pastoral duologues. By tradition the actors end by performing a specially choreographed jig accompanied by Shakespeare's Globe musicians.
