The Mütter Museum was created by Thomas Dent Mütter (1811-1859 ) for the College of Physicians of Philadelphia, USA.

Robert D. Hicks, director of this most wonderful American museums will present a lecture about one of the world's most unusual medical collections. A tour through Doctor Mütter's marvellous collection of human specimens including the plaster cast of the torso of world-famous Siamese Twins, Chang & Eng, and their conjoined livers, Joseph Hyrtl's collection of skulls, the preserved body of the "Soap Lady" and much much more…
