Magdalen Street-based WPF Therapy, England's largest charitable provider of counselling and psychotherapy, is challenging city workers to leave their desks to take part in a 'Walk & Talk' event as part of Get Moving Week to tackle the stigma of mental health problems.
The national charity, in partnership with thirtysevendegrees health club and People Unlimited, is offering up to 100 city employees each day the chance to walk and converse along a scenic route during their lunch break followed by an invigorating talk about wellbeing and health. As many city employees are time strapped, they have the option to sign up for one or both activities. All participants will receive a goodie bag.
