Holocaust Memorial Day Act of Remembrance

The Mayor of Southwark, diplomats from the embassies of the CIS countries, veterans and supporters of the Soviet War Memorial will be present at this act of remembrance and wreath-laying ceremony.

The act of remembrance at the Holocaust memorial tree is led by Rabbi Alan Greenbat.

After the service, everyone moves to the adjacent Soviet War Memorial for a wreath-laying ceremony and two-minute silence.

Speakers include the Russian ambassador HE Yuri Fedotov.
