Celebrating Sanctuary

Let your senses be enlivened at Celebrating Sanctuary - a cultural cornucopia of music, dance, performance, art and much more presented by established and emerging artists from London’s refugee communities. Such a vibrant panorama of sight and sound, aroma and taste would simply not exist had it not been for the UK’s hard fought tradition of providing sanctuary to those fleeing persecution.

The event also provides a platform for new performances and artworks - the culmination of outreach projects involving refugee artists working with children and young people in their communities.

Plus stalls filled with food, drink and crafts from many refugee communities and workshop activities for families.
