Free Give and Take Day

With the festive season approaching it's a great time for a clear out!

If you've got unwanted presents, old electrical goods, furniture, clothing or other items that are in good condition but which you no longer want, beat the credit crunch; swap them for something you need.

"We're all trying to do our bit to recycle more and be more environmentally aware in what we buy and what we throw away," says Cllr Paul Kyriacou, executive member for environment.

"So sessions like these are great for learning about reducing, reusing, and recycling, and we hope our residents find them useful."
