Give yourself a bittersweet treat, come and join a workshop and a talk on chocolate and its properties in the atmospheric garret.

The Old Operating Theatre is celebrating the 350th anniversary of the birth of Sir Hans Sloane, an entrepreneur, physician, philanthropist, botanist ... and a chocolate lover.
