Last year a thousand 'nuns' pounding the streets of London raised more than £30,000 for Barnardo's.
The 2010 run will start on Potters Fields Park next to City Hall and make a short loop around Shad Thames going under and then over Tower Bridge.
You'll pass the Tower of London and St Paul's before crossing the river and returning past Millennium Bridge and Tate Modern.
