Wouldn't it be fascinating to talk to a woman from the 18th century? Well you can! Eleanor Coade lived in 18th century Lambeth, at a time when it was rapidly changing from being an area of marshes and nurseries to a hive of industry. Eleanor Coade not only ran her own artificial stone making factory, but invented the stone! She would be delighted to tell you all about her life and work at this time.
