Guided tours

Guided tours of the historic 17th century St Mary Magdalen church in Bermondsey Street.

These tours lasts for about 75 minutes, and include the church ground floor and balcony, and the first floor of the medieval tower, for a suggested donation of about £5 per person.

Photography is permitted, and there will also be tea and coffee etc. For those who are fit and suitably attired, there will also be the possibility (at the discretion of the guide) of a 30 minute tour around the higher tower and the roof space, for an additional donation.

Numbers for the tower/roof are strictly limited to three at a time due to the inherent dangers of ladders, beams and plaster ceilings.
