10am-4pmTate is offering the public an opportunity to observe the new development site that will transform Tate Modern.
From the viewing platform off Sumner Street, the three Bankside Power Station oil tanks, at the foundation of the new building, will be visible offering a unique setting for future artists' installations and performances, including dance, music, the spoken word and film.
Members of the Transforming Tate Modern team and Tate staff will be on hand to talk about the project and answer any questions.
