To conclude National School Sport Week, the City of London Academy is hosting Dusk 'til Dawn, 12 hours of basketball through the night (from 6pm to 6am) for South-East London's 11-18 year-old basketball players.

The organisers say that the event aims to celebrate young people who have chosen sport over the streets.

The event will include a coaching clinic by former Great Britain international Steve Bucknall, the first Englishman to play in the NBA; there will be a wheelchair basketball session delivered by the Sparrows Wheelchair Basketball Club; 1-on-1, 3-on-3 and 5-on-5 tournaments will be running; and a projection room will show non-stop DVDs of the NBA's greatest teams and players from the past 25 years.

Participation in the event is completely free and open to the first 100 young people who arrive.
