She has worked as an accounts manager in a Bermondsey-based company for the past 19 years. In her spare time she is an active member of the Guys and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. She is standing as a councillor because she believes she could make a valuable contribution to the community. A particular concern is the plight of elderly people living alone in blocks of flats. She believes that too often the only awareness of their existence is when they become victims of crime. She would work to achieve a greater police presence in the area for the benefit of all. |
