Minder on Five

The new version of Minder starts this Wednesday at 9pm on Five.

Lots of SE1 locations to look out for, including The Dean Swift in Gainsford Street / Lafone Street and The Victoria in Page's Walk plus various places around Bankside.

Anyone else know of other local filming locations for the series?

Not in SE1, as yet, but keep seeing Rotherhithe in the trailer - Cherry Garden riverside walk, near Chambers Walk. A mere stroll away :P

...agreed - Richie is the reason I stopped watching East Enders (shut it you slag). Richie and acting are an oxymoron. He always wears a leather jacket and is prone to wooden acting (easy, shut it, etc.)

I'm surprised, I thought he was brilliant in the series, perfectly cast, comical and reminded me of people I knew who were just like him when I lived in Se1.

Can't say I've seen him acting in anything else though.

Australian tv is 80% American rubbish, now that really is scraping the barrel, apart from Seinfeld, I've never seen anything that didn't seem aimed at nine year olds.

i dont have a tv so it doesnt affect me but

you might want to watch the episode tomorrow night first or you might find out too much of the plot ahead of time
