"The Man Who Haunted Himself". Fab film. Roger Moore at his best. Oxymoronic perhaps but true none the less. Anyway, he is haunted by his doppelganger and ultimately......well, I won't spoil it.

Well. Here are my results for the last week in respect of which Simon Hughes asked us to investigate.

1. No sign of letter from Simon Hughes.

2. Nothing noticably missing, but then I no longer have important items here. Confirm safe arrival in the City of 2 packages.

I haven't got much post at all in the last week, only about 3 things, not sure if that's because no one has sent me anything or something to do with the service.

Postcard arrived yesterday from Milton Keynes(!) with first class stamp on.

A little tricky to make out day of postmark but it either says 1st Jan or 7th. Either way, it's taken a little longer than I'd expect.

According to the South London Press, post office closures in our part of the world will be considered in May.
