Hi all,

I'm new to the area and would like to find a gym with a pool or somewhere that I can take water aerobics and swimming classes. Is there anything in the area?

That Fitness First in the Cottons Building is very expensive and the pool is quite small. The gym is nice though.

The pool at Camberwell Green is tiny and the changing rooms are not the cleanest, though I like the light coming through the glass roof.

The pool at Guys is a better size and you can get a 3 month membership for under 100. But there's no showers in the changing rooms, they're communal showers.

I wonder how much Top Notch charge. At the moment I'm cycling up to Ironmongers Row for a swim before work.

The Circle Spa Health Club has a lovely pool. It is in Shad Thames.

I'm also a member of the circle spa - they have a nice pool and do swimming lessons, and all the staff are totally awesome.

No connection etc.
