If you're in or around Roupell Street please keep an eye out for our missing cat. Her name's Nancy, and she's grey with orange eyes. Her sister's at home alone, wondering where she's got to.

The phone number on her collar is out of date - feeling very guilty about that.

Any help welcome

I thought that as I pressed "Post". But I thought it might raise a feeble chuckle, that might be a bit diverting when worrying about lost cat.

to make up, Im changing my signature for the week

I guess this story has a happy ending, because walking along Roupell Street just now I spotted signs on a few lamp posts with words to the effect of "missing grey cat has now returned home - thank you".

great news James. [I won't take any personal credit. No, really. As long as Nancy's alright]

That's so nice of them to put the good news on the notices -

so 3 good things - Nancy has come to her senses and returned home, and her family were kind enough to inform people of the good news (even if it wasn't on this forum)..

and the third good thing is that Mr Hatts spotted the good news!

Thank you, inhabitants of the forum, you've been very kind.

Nancy came home of her own accord on Wednesday morning. Safe and sound, though with a small patch of grease on the back of her head.
