Not another one!
Fast becoming a close runner up behind Tesco or Starbucks for leading contender for any newly empty property.
OK I visit them both but why does Subway smell so bad? I cant visit them anymore which is probably just as well, as for Lush aka Stench don't get me started!

I've noticed that about the smell of Subway, too. It really is awful. That soapy smell from Lush makes me gag.

Regeneration equals more and more chain stores. It's as simply as that.
