I'm just wondering if anyone has had any experience recently with trying to get Southwark Council to replace a broken street light?

After the clocks went back a few weeks ago I noticed that one of the lights on the path running alongside St. James' Church is out (not strictly SE1 I know), so reported it that evening. It's now getting on for four weeks since then and the light's still not working. Given that the path is quite isolated as it doesn't run near a road and is basically pitch black, I'd have thought it would be prioritised slightly more.... or am I expecting too much?

I report graffiti once and it was removed within 48 horus - very impressive. I'd be tempted to report it again online and if any of your neighbours are concerned by it get them to report it as well.
