I wondered if anyone had used an architect or other consultant successfully to appeal a planning decision in Southwark? Our neighbour's application for a loft extension has been turned down and we want (jointly) to appeal.
We're using Michael Trentham to manage our planning application with Southwark. It's not got to the apeal stage yet so I can't comment on his appeal skills but he seems very good. I've heard that Spear Dade planning consultants are good - they write a column in a self-build magazine I used to read. I'd be interested in where you live - if you can PM me?
