I'm not sure the current owner (a thoroughly unpleasant man, whom I had the misfortune to come across at the original licensing hearing) was ever likely to realise his ambitions to turn the basement of a worse-for-wear 1970s office building into a thriving wedding venue! :)

I wish whomever buys it good luck, but they have to realise the severe limitations of the site...

80,000 grand per annum for the one in se1 that's unfeasible.Went there for lunch in it's pre Brisket format,was the only place I've had my food spilled on my lap by the waitress.

I can't imagine this site ever being a successful venture given its location.
