Hi, does anyone else have a problem with this skip? Its constantly overflowing, attracts pickers and leaves a mess on a Monday. There are 3 stand up fridges outside surrounded by rubbish, its disgusting.

Skips need a licence from London Borough of Southwark, it doesn't sound to me like it is meeting all of the conditions:

You may want to contact Street Trading (020 7525 6000 / streettrading@southwark.gov.uk) for advice.

its most probably the resident communities own skip.

There's a locked skip which is surrounded by builders' fencing - do you mean that one? It's been there since clearance work started on the site running between Merrick Square and Trinity Church Square. I think the problem is fly tipping rather than skip itself. On Monday, all manner of stuff had been dumped in the road on the TCS side of the gate at the junction with Globe Street.
