Cheap Barbers for the husband

Hello, I have been to malishis and its good, but my husband is after a cheap as chips barbers to get a hair cut. a nice haircut rathr than a prison haircut. can any chaps recommend a good local place. (malishis for guys is 25 so he wanted cheaper than this)

Kardos on Tower Bridge Road seems to be busy. Not sure on prices but cant imagine they charge more than 10 for a cut.
