Hi - does anyone know a good reliable plumber?

I have had a butchers through old threads and some of the feedback on some companies sounds a little too good!

Any regular forum posters know of anyone?

I have been using D.C.H plumbing after several good reviews on some well known websites. Darren has done a great job at redoing my downstairs bathroom is and polite, works hard and very helpful. His number is 07915615988.

His daily rate is a decent too.

They did a great job for me a few years ago.

Jamie has always been great: 07884343314, would trust him absolutely. No he isn't a relation!

Try Phillippe at Gregg & Co. Used them several times and always impressed. [email protected]

As a result of the recommendation above, I called Darren (DHC Plumbing 07915615988) to fix a leak in the pipe under the sink in the bathroom. His rate was good, he was on-time, friendly and got the job done :)

MJC Plumbing are local, honest and excellent, plus you can register with them for a free reminder when annual service is due - they are terrific!

Shame to say that Jamie let me down today. He was very friendly on the phone and told me he would come by at 10am this morn.

At nearly 12 I texted him as he hadn't arrived - he called and said he had a problem with a boiler and would be over later and would call on the way.

I didn't hear from him again all day.

I will try Darren tomorrow
