unfortunately they no longer have yoga or tai chi at floatworks.
i loved going there and am really disapointed. they have put more floatation tanks in instead.

apparently on last minute dot com you can get special offers to float cheaply.

if anyone does ever discover any yoga in se1 apart from globe house i'd love to know!

There must be Yoga over at the Jamyang Centre and it's worth a look just to see their big Buddha (Davina McColl is not involved).

Probably not strictly SE1 but it is just off the Elephant.

It's the new me.
No more smoking, a powerwalk along the river after dinner and now I want to get a bit more flexible.
Who know's, I might even run the marathon next yeah

(It may still be due to last night's cider clouding my head, but) I initially read that as:

"There is a pirates and gin-tonic centre"

one of the best and cheapest places I know for yoga in se1 is the Columbo Gym on Columbo Street SE1. Residents get amazing value for money (23 per month for unlimited use of gym and classes). There are four yoga classes on a week (3 per class if resident) taught by one of the best yoga teachers I've ever had, David Thorpe.
