Hello SE1ers.

I am not sure this is already on the London SE1 website and as I could not find it I post it for your interest.

I have read that on the 15th (from 7:30 pm) and 16th (from 5 pm) of July... therefore today and tomorrow, the crypt of St George the Martyr near Borough tube station will host an art fair with live music and galleries called ARTeria.

I am not sure what this is about but it looks very interesting as we need a bit more of these events.

Let's see..

I checked out the otherwise excellent website for the Church and could not find any information.

However, it would appear to be a Polish festival:

Yes it is. I popped over and the exposition of pictures was very beautiful the theme was musicians and symbols, kind of.. there will be live music as well.

The only thing. You must speak polish...:)) as 99.9% is. I did not know there were so many residents. Very good initiative I believe.

They have had several Polish events at St.George's. I have never visited the Church or the Crypt. It is always closed when I am around. It looks quite a place
