There is a new little store in Druid Street which sells little bits and peaces mainly from Spain.

I bought an organic acceto balsamico the other day which was reasonable priced and had a chance to look around the shop. It looks to me the wine selection is good (I am not a vine specialist!) and there is a small selection with food specialities from Spain.

Worth to have a look and support a new local shop. The opening hours are Friday 12 - 20.30h and Saturday 9.30 - 17.00h.

PS. No connection with the shop at all just a happy new customer

I thought they specialised in wine and food from Argentina?

James, I just checked the aceto balsamico and it is from Spain, but the wine I bought is from Argentina.

Shall we put it that way - spanish speaking countries?

I went there on Friday. It's a fantastic little shop - great value wines from Argentina, olive oil from Italy, Sipsmith Gin and Vodka - quite a mixed bag from all over the world but really well chosen. It's being run by the guys who opened Constancia on Tower Bridge Road. If the idea takes off they plan to open during the week so worth supporting.
