I like MP dental. I need to get some significant work done so will let you know how it goes.

Hi Julia,

How did you find your MP Dental experience? I need to see the dentist and MP Dental are on my shortlist. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks

Looking for a good dentist recommendation too so interested to see how MP Dental went. Used to go to Dentist Chater on BHS but since he retired I have gone to the replacement dentist on the same site and really unhappy with the service. They are rude, completely inflexible when I was running a little late and told me I would lose my deposit when I tried to rearrange. Note I was NOT told that I would lose my deposit if I had to cancel/re-arrange when I made the booking. Really bad form and just unpleasant people. Anyway, I've burned some bridges there unfortunately so could really do with a good recommendation!

I'm at Borough Dental on the Borough high St, I have to say I'm really happy with them.

The dentist I have is an absolutely lovely guy and the hygienist is also very pleasant (I know it's painful but still!)

It's all suprisingly efficient and you can usually get an appointment quite quicky. The reception staff are even quite nice if you're nice to them.

The only gripe I have is that card payment is charged at an extra 1.5o which seems a bit of a cheek. Of course like at any dentist there's a sell towards teeth whitening/hygienist appts etc but it's not a hard sell and the practice is very clean and well cared for.

My wife and I have used the MP Dental Practice for several years and have always been very pleased with it.
