No. But I suppose it should be the Leathermarket itself shouldn't it?

...there's plenty more c**** in the cup.

Do they still have the jugglers in there?

I remember when it was the jugglers arms. what happened to it?

{and if there's anyone out there who wants to practise club passing, and can be patient with someone who's a bit rusty, I'd love to start again}

"Herfordshire is stunningly beautiful, so too the border area to the south where I come from, the Wye Valley and Forest Of Dean. I've just come in after a mornings cycling in that area; a few bluebells left, foxgloves coming through everywhere and deer running through the trees. All this in glorious sunshine. Jet, you are really going to enjoy your trip I promise you."

Thanks, Tharg. I had the privilege of cycling that area 20 years ago when I biked across Europe. The trip began in Athens and ended in Ireland six months later. I loved every bit of it, including my ride from Dover to Hollyhead, where I boarded a ferry for Dublin. I was particularly impressed with the Border country and an very eager to see it again.

I'm almost afraid to ask this, but what is "pervy"?

SE1 Socialisers - Leathermarket sounds good to me in case of rain. Is everyone going to bring a contribution of food [Mrs I's tomatoes, maybe ?] as well as drink ?

Jet - it's a long story - if I remember rightly, first it was cider, which became perry, and then (inadvertantly thanks to a misspelt bottle label) pervy. Unsurprisingly, pervy kind of stuck...

My neighbour and I bought a barbeque for our terrace (TLMJJ and Birdie have witnessed it's inauguration) and in case of rain I am happy to open the gates of this very gated community and have the SE1 Socialisers here. We can then still use the bbq and have our drinks and food inside my flat. I would count in that case on some help in cleaning up! I reckon my flat is big enough for that and for those who have not yet seen The Jam Factory a chance to do so. How does that sound?

Cider maker, cidermaker or cider-maker?

Sounds a very good idea (and so little walking for me) and I'll help you clear up afterwards...Now we just need to wait for the weather to make it's mind up. What time are we planning on socialising?

19.30 or so? we should also try to orchestrate who will bring what in order to avoid that we'll have a 100 drumsticks and just one bottle of c***r. (sorry Bee)

I'm a Taff too. Where are you from then?

I'm from Cardiff, moved to the South East about 12 years ago although my family etc all still live on the right side of the border.
