I see from old posts (2007/2008) that crime used to be a problem here. Is that still the case?

Any other issues prospective residents should be wary of? Noise from the Shard, etc.?

Many thanks.

Overall its a great place to live with lots of space and gardens and reasonably well maintained. There have been problems with sporadic thefts of bicycles over the years and there is a problem with people (residents, visitors and complete strangers) forcing the security gates....often to park their vehicles in the car park. Other than those issues it seems OK....with noise pollution not a major problem for such an inner city development (noise from construction of The Shard now seems to have ended.

Thanks Urbanite. Where do people who live there usually park their bikes? We're moving from somewhere with a bike shed to Leathermarket Court in a couple of months - is there a bike rack or do people put them in their flats or the stairwells?

There are 2 sets of bike stands - one covered and one not - for about 20 or so bikes in total

OK, thanks. Sounds like they're not fantastically secure, so a plan B might be required!

Best wishes
