Reminder that the planning decision meeting is on Wednesday 14th November at 7pm, Southwark Council, 160 Tooley Street.

The meeting is open to the public.

Sad to see the demolition has been completely approved. It's a shame we don't have people with more imagination working in the council, or more crucially, it's a shame developers never seem to look beyond total demolition and new build as the only option.

It's horrible to see how much of London has been ruined by affordable housing over the past 50 years. Soon the streets will look like any other generic city.

There are some amazing examples of old buildings being being redeveloped and expanded to create bigger and more practical buildings. How can we try to get this across to the council that London deserves a more considered and unique approach?

Angry letter from Colorama Occupiers against their eviction and more:


Evictions set for Thursday 9th 8am. There seems to be a call out for people to turn up at this time in protest.
