It looks interesting and with a major interchange at Elephant & Castle would actually build on the regeneration and make the area more attractive in terms of location.

I am open minded about the idea of a tram but I am not happy about these notices since at first glance they look a bit like the statutory notices that Southwark Council put up when a planning application has been made (note the Town and Country Planning Act heading).

They are in fact notices canvassing for comment and support prior to any application being made-can't imagine what would happen if all prospective planning applicants did the same thing. Our lampposts would be crowded !
