Haha! Never had Rösti there, but definitely quite a few of the old Feldschloessli/Ziegelhof/Warteck or whatever other lager they served there. I always liked the Hasenburg because of the odd characters you met in there, a mix of eccentric artists and builders who came in for a hearty lunch to get them through the day. For some reason I think it would fit very well in some hidden corner in SE1, only known to locals.
