Hello. I have found a white faced cocktiel in Nursery Row park. I think it's wing must be clipped as it seems to be unable to fly. Does anyone know of some one who may have lost one in the area, SE1/SE17 but I suspect it was dumped as it couldn't have walk very far.... any ideas about what to do with the little chap.I think he needs a friend. I would keep him but sadly my dogs have other ideas.I have tried the RSPCA but am getting tired of their answer machine.I would Greatfull for any suggestions.Thanks. John

Sounds like a great opportunity to keep a lovely animal. I'd love to have it, but I doubt if our cats would approve, any photos?

Don't know if this is the number you have but the number I have for the RSPCA is 0300 1234 999.

Hope the little chap is okay - bit cruel of them to clip his wing and then dump him. Or maybe it's broken? Blue Cross at Victoria may be able to help?
