a) an acknowledgement of my presence when I arrive to buy vegetables
b) a smile but this could be too much to ask
c) a thank you when I pay for my goods
Your stall may well look amazingly presented and be in the prestigious Borough market but your customer service is appalling.
The atmosphere is cold, unfriendly and lacks any personal touch.
I wont be shopping there again despite walking passed it every day.
I must say that I have exactly the same experience. This stall is remarkable in their unfriendliness and I have decided a while ago to not ever shop there again.
Particularly galling when you are paying around double the going rate too.
Mind you, when I visited the market last week for the first time in ages, it's so overwhelmed by food bloggers, they would probably be quite surprised to see a paying customer.
