Had a walk on the foreshore this afternoon and there was two workmen picking up rubbish, it is looking much better; let's hope this continues. On another matter, does anyone know if those two guys who go onto the foreshore in front of Gabrielle's Wharf and build sand sculptures and 'scenes' have a license like the other street entertainers? I have found them a bit unpleasant and threatening, especially if the dog goes anywhere near their 'art'?

Only buskers require a licence under the 2003 Licensing Act, so I very much doubt these people do.
