Does anyone know a tried and tested good invisible mender in SE1 or nearby? I have a quite smart cream coat that has fallen foul of the moths in two places and would really like to get it repaired if possible. As said, it's a very light colour, so it's going to need to be someone very skilled to ensure that any mend doesn't show. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The dry cleaners on Great Suffolk Street (next to the barbers) seem capable of solving most clothing problems brilliantly.

...or the ones in Tower Bridge Road by the old toilets are very good too!

To be honest - you need to go to a seriously good place for moth holes as it requires skilled darning work not to show. Call a top notch department store like harrods or liberty's /Jaeger coat or knitwear department and ask them who'd they'd recommend in such cases. I have a suspician it will be pricey and may be better to get a new coat - but worth a try.
