I think that is/was the plan, but it's approaching two years since it closed, and it's looking physically in a state to re-open from the exterior. I can't see why they'd have put new signage up if it wasn't to be a pub.

Sometimes the door is open when I walk past and the interior is still a building site.

Has anybody tried the pub since it reopened? I have walked past but not ventured in yet.

yes, been a couple of times. they have done a v good job & really like it - esp the ready made cocktails in a barrell. lethal.

and forgot to mention they do a steak for £13 (although was all a bit hazy after the cocktails so if its more don't blame me)...food was tasty & v reasonable
