Hello, My name is Eric,& I live on the south coast. I used to work for James Clark & Eaton, who had a glass factory in Glasshill Street. Whilst researching the company,[for fun],I came across some photos in a book..... Also I came across this site & the fight to save the street. Im sad to see it was to no avail..... Ive yet to master how to put the photos on this site, sorry about that. Can anybody advise me?

Hi Eric,
How interesting - and poignant. We'd love to post the photos on the Blackfriars Preservation Society site, we're concerned with documenting and protecting the historic buildings in the area. You can view it here - blackfriarspreservationsociety.tumblr.com
The email is [email protected]
We'd also love to include your memories of working there and the area.
