If it's the expensive 2 bed terrace house on Neckinger proper it's a great house, slight damp problem, but really, really thin walls with the neighbours so if you are a loud party animal it's not going to go well. If you can work around the thin walls, not bang and shout about too much and be friends with the neighbors then they wont bother you if you don't bother them and it could be great.

I recently moved from borough bank side area to abbey street/Neckinger. Like anyone relocating, we had many worries and concerns. Born and raised in the bermondsey/ north of southwark, the area didn't have a good reputation in the past. We also saw the redevelopment and regeneration of the borough and bank side area. which looks like bermondsey spa is heading in that direction, just a 5min walk by the river, there is a lot of amenities to enjoy. Property prices are rising.

As a previous post mentioned, the Neckinger estate is a family friendly estate where family's have lived for many years, there maybe the small group of yoof's looking for trouble once in a while but that's any where in London. As with any city, If you keep your wits about and travel home safely at night, you won't have a problem.
