Waterloo - 2500 new homes

re Boris's request in the New London Plan that Waterloo will find space for 2500 new homes

the original scheme for Linden Homes was for 206 flats which was three 27, 11 and 7 storey towers. If you break that down, that means 45 storeys is equivalent to 206 flats - I'm not the best at maths but my calculation that suggests Boris would like there to be the equivalent of 20 new 27 storey towers or 40ish 13 storey buildings coming to Waterloo.

I guess that's discounting the under-construction and approved developments, and there are a lot of those, but even so ...
