As I (almost) understand it, Council/Lend Lease can take it to the High Court should they lose.

I thought [feared] as much. I wonder whether it could be potentially dragged even further in the event of the Council not getting satisfaction, ie, the Lords, European Court, etc...

As I (almost) understand it again speaking to someone involved in the hearing last week, Council/Lend Lease can take it to the Lords also should they lose a High Court appeal.

It will be interesting to see what, if any, delay this will cause to the development going ahead...

The Tribunal is not over yet - it will reconvene on the 18 February to hear final submissions from barristers. More information here.
