Simon Hughes and the so-called "Gagging Law"

How apt that Simon Hughes attends a "Silent protest". With his backing of the gagging law it is probably the only sort of protest he now feels comfortable with.

Heaven forbid that the Draper House protesters should spend money and speak out to achieve their just aims because that would offend Simon's gagging law principles.

Braved gale force winds? Hardly Tianemen Square or Liberty Square.

Try as you may you cannot resurrect Simon Hughes's reputation because as an architect of the Coalition and a strict adherent of all of its noxious policies he will go down with the rest of the Lib-Dems

Less than 24 hours before the demo, a woman was killed in Holborn when her car was flattened by masonry dislodged by the high winds. So yes, standing beside a scaffolded skyscraper in those winds was brave.
