I wonder what the significance of the name "Love & Scandal" is ?
Not long to wait and then we will know and soon it will probably apply for an alcohol licence and get it immediately because we need another licenced premise to add to 150 odd in the area.
We certainly don't have enough coffee shops if we are to follow the policy of "Get'em drunk and then sober them up"

I think we need a licensed coffee shop.
