Hi,
Does anyone have any recent recommendations for a plasterer to do a couple of ceilings and a few cracks in my house in Rotherhithe, please?

Thanks for the prompt reply Lead, I will pass this along to Management, when she gets back from shoe shopping.

Tom, pls me know what you think of your plasterers once you have had the work done as I also have a couple of ceilings that need replastering (too many leaks from my upstairs neighbours).

I'll do that Connie, but I'm unsure of when it will be done.
She who must be obeyed has a niece who's boyfriend is a jack-of-all-trades, and she's hoping that he'll take a look and give us a quote.
Personally I think that using family/friends for these things is fraught.
You either maybe get a really good deal. and a job well done, because they know you and want to help you, or it goes a tad pear shaped but you don't want to admonish the guy because it may cause bad feeling.
